DELIVERY AND RETURNS

How to order
If you would like to place an order, please go to online shop.

 

Payment methods
You can pay for your order with Ideal, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa & PayPal. Payments to us are safely conducted through the Buckaroo payment system. They guarantee that your transaction will be made securely. As soon as your payment has been received we will complete your order and deliver it to you. You will get an email with a tracking code when your purchase has been picked and shipped. Please note that International orders may take longer to process and deliver.

 

Tracking
As soon as your order has been picked, you will get an email with a tracking code. You can track your package online.

 

Transport costs
Your packages will be handled via MyParcel for all shipment and delivery services. Please do note that MyParcel does utilize local partners as carriers in other markets outside The Netherlands.

 

Countries in EU: Free shipping

Rest of the world: €30,- shipping costs

 

Please be aware that import duties, fees and local VAT could possibly be charged by your local customs. These charges have to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties differ per country, we cannot tell you what the charges could be, nor does Rollor® have control over these charges.

 

Delivery time
Within The Netherlands MyParcel states to deliver packages within 2 working days.

Expected shipping time within Europe is 4 to 7 days, and 8 to 15 days for all other countries.
 Please note that this information is an indication provided by MyParcel and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information.

Cancellations
As soon as the order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. The reason for this is that the orders will be processed immediately, to achieve the shortest possible delivery period.

 

Returns
We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order, then you can return it within 5 days of receiving the order. You must first send an email to info@rollor.com informing us of the products you wish to return, the order number of the order and your bank account number and personal information. Please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service. Our return address is:

Please do not forget to pay fully for the return postage as incorrect postage payments will not be accepted. Please include a copy of our order confirmation along with the products to be returned. Once we have received your email informing us of your intention to return articles from your order, and we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) into your bank account within 5 working days.

 

Complaints
In case you have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know. We request you to notify us as soon as possible by email (info@rollor.com). We will do our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible, in mutual understanding. When notifying us, please also provide your email address and/or telephone number, so we can contact you.
