Rollor Protect uses a patented paper-based suspension system that securely wraps and positions each bottle inside the shipping box. The bottle is held away from the outer walls, creating a protective buffer that absorbs shocks and impacts during transport.
The packaging is quick to assemble, requires no plastic inserts or foam, and keeps bottles securely in place throughout the shipping journey. Once delivered, customers can easily unpack the product and recycle the entire packaging through standard paper recycling streams.
Rollor Protect is made entirely from high-quality corrugated cardboard and kraft paper, creating a strong and durable packaging solution without the need for plastic or foam inserts.
All components are paper-based, recyclable, and sourced with sustainability in mind. The materials are carefully selected to provide excellent cushioning and impact protection while keeping the packaging lightweight and easy to handle.
Our Rollor Protect boxes are available in a range of standard sizes. Rollor Protect is available for small perfume bottles ranging all the way too large Champagne bottles. Every size is designed with a focus on maxiumum protection, functionality and a unique unboxing experience. While the original Rollor Protect can only fit one bottle, we also offer protective solutions for 2-15 bottles.
